Office landscape

Skyport accommodates a customised office landscape with open-plan office spaces, shared and individual offices, retreat areas, think tanks, meeting rooms, informal meeting points, seminar and training rooms and a large conference area. The office floor plans have been designed to be highly adaptable and variable and respond to the needs of FSG’s individual departments. All office workstations are equipped with height-adjustable desks, pharmacy cabinets as individual storage place and LED lighting. The central meeting point is in the north wing towards the entrance.

The conference center and a training room are organised along Flughafenstraße. The inner courtyard can also be used for events. Smaller meeting rooms are attached to the inner courtyard. The ancillary room and service area are on the east side towards the delivery area. The two top floors are let to third parties. As they are set-back from the facade, they each have a roof terrace. This offers occupants an outstanding view in all directions.

DGNB gold certification

The building is equipped with state-of-the-art, sustainable building services and building equipment (photovoltaics, concrete core activation, additional chilled sails in the workplace area, convection ventilation, etc.) and has been awarded DGNB certificate in Gold.
