We work across all scales

from urban planning to building construction and interiors. Our approach to work is based on the principles of design processes and transparent communication. We are driven by the desire to set the various aspects of a transformation process in relation to each other to create spaces that both enrich our lives and are in harmony with our environment.

Urban and green

In our minds, the city of tomorrow is a co-produced, vibrant and sustainable space. A space that reconciles density with quality of life, based on the human scale, providing social open spaces as well as climate and species protection by inducing new landscape qualities. This idea can only become true if our urban development combines long-term strategic planning with residents’ specific needs.

Working environments as hybrid knowledge spaces

Our work environment and the way we carry out our work has changed drastically and will continue to change radically as a result of digitalisation and the requirements for sustainable living and working. The necessary transformation requires more co-operation, dialogue and adaptability. This will have an impact on all scales – from the urban region to interior spaces. We must therefore develop work and living spaces as connected knowledge spaces. New typologies are characterised by adaptive structures, diverse programmatic approaches, as well as high-quality places of interaction.

Sporting landmarks

A question of form, function and identification! Sports venues are landmarks for cities and communities and event spaces for fans and visitors. They serve to build identity and are important places for social life. We develop site-specific and functionally qualified solutions for sports facilities, arenas and multifunctional halls of all types and sizes.

Living diversity

Today, living in the city is not just about the design of an apartment or house. More than ever, sustainable, high quality living depends on a combination of the location in the city, the neighbourhood and the actual home. Thus, we have to facilitate both: Individuality, but also community. Quality is achieved by balancing social and ecological requirements and realising affordable living space.

Mobility that connects

The mobility of the future must be multi-modal, interconnecting and environmentally friendly. At present, however, cities are often characterised by the outdated model of the car-friendly city. For us, it is first and foremost a living space that is shaped by activities, encounters and social interaction. We are therefore committed to regarding mobility not only as an infrastructure challenge, but also as an opportunity to foster community and facilitate interaction.

Cultural identity

Cultural and educational buildings are places where we meet, exchange ideas, discuss and learn from each other. Our aim is to design places that inspire people and add value to their surroundings. We therefore do not conceive them as monofunctional, but as lively places where cultural, social, educational and commercial uses overlap.
